Appreciation was extended to Kathie Wade for exceptional service to the board and to the addition.  Wes and Julie were also thanked for the quality of their service and for continuing to serve the addition on the board.  Nick Cory was welcomed to the board as is Dee Farlow.

Positions were accepted as follows for the new year:

 President – Wes Herzberg

Treasurer – Bill Richards

The possibility of a Vice President/ President Elect position will be discussed later purposing to assist continuity of services by the board.

Julie Harris and Kathie Wade reported on their meeting with the City Planner for Broken Arrow. They will provide Julie with a large aerial map to assist clarification when discussing specific areas. Traffic control on Sandusky was further discussed.  There are no plans to widen 51st street at this time and would be several years away.  Intersections would be widened first and 3 lane roads would be constructed before 5 lanes.  The barn area has been cleaned.  Daffodils planted by SVHOA are coming up.  The City applauded the quality work being accomplished by SVHOA.

Bill Richards, Treasurer, reported that 16 of 170 dues were unpaid.  A reminder letter will be sent out to those homeowners on March 01.  Bill met with Chris and Connie of the management company on 02-21-07.  $21,000 was transferred to the Arvest account for  Radar Group management purposes and the existing BOA account will be closed upon completion of a few remaining transactions.  The SVHOA PO Box will be kept.

Logo concepts were reviewed and will be further pursed.  Website guidelines will be reviewed in the future.  An electrician has been contacted to give an estimate for electrical repairs to the 145th street entrance.

Julie made a motion that the meeting be adjourned, Tom seconded and all approved.  Wes will set the next meeting time and advise.
